My Valuation is a business valuation firm in Bangalore, India. we are actively engaged in offering valuation, IBBI registered services, and advisory support to Indian companies. Our end goal is to help businesses, especially startups, tackle the complexities of valuation & financial advisory with minimum brain scratching and maximum accuracy.

Building on our sense of belonging to the business community, we understand the gravity of the situation when it comes to startup valuation. The process itself serves different purposes and involves a variety of procedures. Our job is to eliminate the elements of confusion and hassle from the startup valuation process and work with business owners to ensure an objective conclusion of value. Beyond startup valuation, we leverage our technical expertise and accounting experience to offer all IBBI registered valuation, virtual CFO services, and a wide array of accounting services to businesses.

My Valuation was founded with the ambition to uplift Indian startups by making valuation and advisory support easily accessible. Our founder, CA Parth Shah, is himself an IBBI Registered Valuer u/s 247 of Companies Act, 2013 for Securities or Financial Assets Class. He is also a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Under his leadership, My Valuation has continued to serve companies with Valuation Support, Amalgamations, Corporate Structuring, and Tax & Audit.

My Valuation has centered its operations in the city of Bangalore, India. Since Bangalore is dubbed as the startup capital of India, it perfectly aligns with our business goal to uplift startups and SMEs. With our umbrella of services and distinguished team expertise, we have helped and continue to help startups and other companies in Bangalore.
